Using Windows 11 Home. Nvidia GTX-1650 graphics, desktop computer. The monitor is 32-inches and 3840x2160 resolution UHD. I have scaled up text in windows and the size of windows up to 175%... though 150% may ultimately be better. But the additional scaling is not applied to small windows like the windows that open when you install a new program/app on the computer... everything has TINY text, like 1 or 2 point text (if you know what point size is in relation to text). If I select a file, then open the Properties window to see or change Properties, everything in the Properties window remains s
