Windows 11 right mouse click not working.

I have tried EVERYTHING I have read online to try to fix this. This just started happening last week (today is 7/19/24) I have an HID compliant mouse. It is plugged in with a USB on my desktop computer. Mouse has been tested- mouse is not the problem- same problem with other mouses. I have uninstalled and installed again the mouse. Restarted computer. Deleted some programs someone suggested (which now have screwed up my computer). Checked for viruses. And more. Nothing seems to resolve this. One suggestion was on the HID mouse in control panel to right click on it which of course I cannot- not
