Windows 11 Reset Error

Hi everyone,I am selling my Acer Laptop which is running Windows 11 (preinstalled on purchase) and I wanted to reset back to factory settings and also delete all my personal profiles and apps etc. I've done this and chose to download the Windows installer from the cloud and the Laptop did everything as it should. It's restarted at the end of the process but it has come up with my user profile to log back in again. I obviously attempted to do this and now it just says "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded." Now I can't access the laptop or try and g
