Problem:I just installed Windows 11 (Windows 11 Home, Version 22H2, Build 22621.963, Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22638.1000.0) and it is not shutting down when I press the windows key, go to power options and click shutdown. Instead, it reboots.When I investigate the Windows Event Viewer, I find that the Windows seems to be identifying a reboot command and not a shutdown.See screenshot below, which states "The system has prepared for a system initiated reboot from Active." At the respective time I issued a Shutdown not reboot.When I look at the Windows Event Log, I noticed
