Windows 11 Pro's start menu took a hit...

Hello! So I have an HP Pavilion Desktop (TG01-2018) and the start menu is locked at this weird empty slate and it's so bad I can't take a screenshot of it because System resources are utilizing the start menu first... which took a clocked 15 minutes and 32 seconds to search up an app, then clocked again was 12 minutes and 58 seconds. The app I'm trying to search for is gxscc.exe and I know i can just go into the file manager and look for it (I have, that isnt my issue), my issue is that the start menu loads the outline of the start menu, takes 30 seconds to load (ehh not an issue really bc of
