Windows 11/ Problems with my audio respectively headset audio

I have problems with my audio respectively headset audio (Poly Voyager 4320) since I use Windows 11.My windows audio settings does not switch to my headset and back to computer audio when i switch on and off the headset. I have to switch it back manually.After unplugging the headset, i have the possibility to use my audio settings without selecting them manually. Otherwise, I should check manually everytime which settings to be used.Do you have any idea how to fix this issue.
