windows 11, problem with launching applications on the second monitor

hey, can someone help with the problem of constantly opening on the second monitor instead of the main one, applications are always closed on the main monitor and most of the time used on it. when I want to use the application again it opens on the second monitor, I'm talking about google, steam etc. the problem can also appear when I minimize the application and want to open it again and it opens on the second monitor instead of the main one.
