Windows 11 problem with Dell Wireless 1510 mini card

Since I installed Windows11 the download speed is extremely slow (0.5 Mbps) compared to the wired connection (10.0 Mbps). The driver is the 'Latest Driver' (as indicated by the Windows update function). I went to the Dell site and downloaded the latest driver from Dell and it did not allow the update to my Dell Vostro 1520 saying that the Driver does not support Windows 11 .... If there is a fix out there please share.
