Hello,I have been helping my friend with computer trouble.His work needs him to give them his current hard drives. He got two new M2 drives that are compatible with his system. He knows nothing about computers or components, so I have been helping him. Because it's his work computer, he took the system to a computer repair store to swap out his old drives for the new drives and install Windows 11 (the current OS on his current drives is Windows 10). The repair store had trouble with the Windows 11 install causing boot loops (I heard it secondhand; I don't have more details on that). Then that
