Attempting to upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro requests a Microsoft account. When a valid new or existing user account is entered the validation error "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. enter a different account or get a new one." is presented. There is no way to proceed with the upgrade. The organization is licensed with Microsoft 365 Business Standard since 2019. The domain is hosted by Microsoft and has a 'xxxxxxxx.us' domain name.How do I get past this to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro?
