I purchased the Windows 11 Home upgrade to Pro. It was $99, but no product key was sent, nor is it listed in my account. Getting in touch with support via phone or chat does not exist. When I try to log a support ticket, it states 'the request is blocked'. Nowhere did it mention this is a physical copy when purchasing, but I am beginning to wonder if the product key is not sent digitally. Help!
