Windows 11 pro, updates all done everything power cycled. network sharing only works one way on machine. Windows REFUSES to allow access to fully shared files and computers on the network. Windows Claims that the machine/user is not granted access. but clicking the further help button only takes you to a WINDOWS 11 fluff page. Machine A: can see all machines and access all files shared on the network. Machine B: can see all machines on the network but is blocked from doing anything with them, in any way.
