Windows 11 Pro & Product Key installed and cannot be activated it on my Mac Book Pro M1 / VMware Fusion Professional Version 13.5.2 (23775688)

I purchased Windows 11 Pro & Product Key and installed and activated it on my Mac Book Pro M1 - using Parallels Desktop. Parallels Desktop cost me $ and I have been instructed to use VMware Fusion Professional Version 13.5.2 (23775688). Windows 11 Pro was successfully installed in VMware Fusion, and I have removed the Windows Image/Virtual Machine in Parallels Desktop. I then tried to activate the Windows 11 Pro Product Key on the Windows 11 Pro on the VMware Fusion and was not successful. I need HELP.
