Windows 11 pro product key email never sent after purchase.

I purchased windows 11 pro but never received the product key email. I installed windows 11 without a product key and logged in with the email i used to purchase but the activation state still shows not active. How do i get my product key? Requesting a support phone call results in Microsoft diconnecting the call before i can speak with someone.
