Windows 11 Pro OEM Activation After Replacing RAM and SSD

Hi AllI bought Windows 11 Pro OEM and successfully activated it. However, after a month or so both my RAM and SSD became faulty. Therefore I replaced and got new ones. I then installed Windows 11 Pro but when I try to activate it an error comes up (0xC004C008 saying the product key was already used on another device). I have tried the trouble shooter built into windows but i am still not able to activate it. I tried contacting support but I only get the option of a call back and no live chat.
