Windows 11 pro locked to school/work account after performing system reset on a Lenovo M720s SFF bought from Ebay, HELP!!!!!

HII recently bought a Lenovo m720s SFF with Windows 11 pro installed on it from Ebay. I did a factory reset just to make sure no iffy software was on it. After this reset when the computer boots up it asks me for a work or school sign in, which of course I don't have, it also boots with a Company logo coming up. I have been in touch with the seller who assures me this problem is being dealt with. Since then I have done some reading etc and I don't see that they can fix this issue in any way without having the computer sent back to them.
