Windows 11 Pro license

Hello ,I got for my birthday a Windows 11 Pro USB sealed box license ( SKU-HAV-00163, EAN: 0889842966176, made in USA ). If someone know, is this license with the same rights as a ESD license bought directly from Microsoft ? I mean if they are full retail license or OEM license. Thank you !
