Windows 11 Pro incorrectly sold by retailer need refund

I am in West Australia and in June24 I purchased a new Lenovo Laptop with Windows 11 OS installed and licensed. I mentioned to the retailer that I would prefer to have the more feature rich Windows 11 Pro OS and he added the full Windows 11 Pro product to my order for AUD$379. I believe that this was not the appropriate product for my situation I should have been advised the correct product I required was the Windows 11 Pro upgrade for AUD$169 and the retailer failed to advise me of this and sold me a higher priced product which was not necessary.
