Windows 11 Pro ignores my Power & sleep settings

The machine is a desktop with Windows 11 Pro (23H2) installed, with 16 Gb RAM. When I set sleep to Never or to any other setting, it still goes to sleep after one minute. This is very annoying for my client. This started a few weeks ago to several of my clients in this organization. We are not using ActiveDirectory. Please help!
