Windows 11 Pro disappointing performance

Recently upgraded from Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11 Pro and my PC has never been that sluggish. My laptop ( a Dell XPS 15) has 32 GB of ram, 6 cores (i7 9750H), a Nvidia GTX 1650 and a 1GB NVMe drive and I can not attend a zoom or MS teams meeting without experiencing lag and/or sound issue. The internet speed is way below what is was under Windows 10 and the overall experience is just a pain. Switching windows or simply navigating in my browser between tabs shows inexplicable delays and pauses.I wish I could go back to Windows 10 but the button to rollback disappeared and I can not afford to
