After a latest update of a windows my desktop starts to hang up. When windows boots on and i am logged in in to desktop, then i can work normally, but after 1 min or less i cannot refresh my desktop or open any program.. I tried Ctrl + Alt + Del and trough task manager i restarted explorer.exe, And it's not helping. When i "Lock" my computer and log in then everything works fine for 1 min till 10 min. If i am playing games, then it works perfectly, but if i will press Alt-Tab, then explorer is not working, but I can go back to game and continue playing normal. Issues what's not working:You can
