Windows 11 Pro de-activated

After installation of 24H2 (or update of my BIOS, I'm not sure about the root cause), Windows ask me to activate it.When I run "wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey" no key displayed.ShowKeyPlus can't see Key.It's an old Windows 10 Pro upgraded to Windows 11 since several years.When I try to reuse my old Key, system says "invalid Key". Do you have any idea, because I don't want to pay for another windows licence.
