Windows 11 Pro Activation issues

I got this key as a gift (yes I know it is used they gave me an old computer with the key on it) I have deactivated the old laptop and deleted the key using elevated cmd and slgmr /upk After letting me upgrade (before I'd tried without deactivating old laptop and it didn't work then I deactivated and it upgraded) it is now giving me this error Even though it says I have a retail license for windows pro editionIt was working on the other computer but not hereI've tried the activation troubleshooter and it didn't helpAny help is appreciated
