Windows 11 Pro activation failed 15 days after processor upgrade and cannot be fixed by troubleshooting

Hello,I am using Windows 11 Pro on my desktop device. It was upgraded from W10 and have a valid license for years.It uses a local account. 15 days ago I've replaced my processor and reset tpm because bios suggested it. Today (16th januıary) W11 Pro gives not activated error and troubleshooting fails with some non informative errors. 0xC004F211 is seen on settings. When I try to activate, it says I couldnt.
