Windows 11 Pro 23H2 build 22631.4108 as Print Server, client Error 0x00000709 how to fix?

I have PC with - Windows 11 Pro 23H2 (22631.4108) and act as print server on my local network.- Shared Epson Printer L3210 Others computer on the local network with Windows 10 can't connect to this Windows 11 print server.The error code is 0x00000709. There is nothing wrong with the Windows 10 PC as it can connect to other print server with Windows 10.I have read on some forums that fix the Windows 11 as a client. But how to fix this as Print Server?
