[Windows 11 Pro | 22581.100 ni_release build] Black screen (no video output) when logging off (sign out) an User

Since I updated to Windows 11 Pro 22581.100 ni_release build I'm getting this issue: every time I log off (sign out) from one of the three user I have on my PC, screen goes off and never turns back on. I have a multimonitor setup with two monitors and one TV connected to my Nvidia GPU. I'm almost sure the issue is caused by a process because if I log off soon enough after login, before all processes are loaded, no issue occurs and I can see screen normally. It only happens when all or most of processes are loaded and running. I did not performed a clean boot yet.
