Windows 11, Power Plan high performance missing and nothing changes with the cmd and registry editor

hi so i am currently using windows 11, and in the power plan it used to have performance mode. but i accidentaly change it and now its gone. now its only shows Balanced .i already try some method to bring back the performance mode with the CMD and the Reg edit but still no changes. can anyone please help me to solve this problem. big thanks
