Windows 11 - Power Options - Only Showing "Balanced" Power

Good morning,My Dell XPS, Windows 11 is only showing "Balanced" Power. It previously had multiple options, but these have all disappeared in recent days.Does anyone know why this has changed? Firmware update?Please see attached powercfg /a CMD screen capture.
