I have 2 laptops that recently updated to Windows 11 from Windows 10. One of them is an ACER with an Intel i5 9th Gen processor, the other is an ASUS with a AMD Ryzen 7 processor in it. After the initial update I noticed massive ping spikes coming from the Laptop with the AMD Processor. Yet the ACER with the Intel i5, wasn't haven't the ping spikes at all. About a week later Microsoft released the fix for AMD users that was supposedly identified. Even after the update, I was still seeing major consistent lag spikes every 10-15secs.
