Windows 11 Ping spikes on a new laptop

Hi there! So, i recently bought a new windows 11 laptop - a Lenovo IdeaPad with an Intel i7-1165G7 core. I have noticed that whenever I play games on it, the game's ping always, without fail spikes to insanely high levels. I ran Internet Speed Tests, both during the spikes and when the spikes weren't happening, and apparently, my Internet speeds during the spikes were "very low". Yet... there are other devices in the house, and they dont have any problems with this.
