Windows 11 pin unavailable and I can’t fix it

Installed new drivers for my motherboard and windows 11 upon sign in to my pc says my pin is unavailable. Try to reset the pin and when I do it says well send a code to your outlook email. Which is great cause I can’t check my email since my pc is bricked basically stuck in the Lock Screen. So I installed the outlook app on my phone and the email with the said “code” just doesn’t exist. How do I reset my pin?There’s no other options on the code screen or anything and no matter what part of the email I check the code isn’t there not even in junk.My pc is basically bricked how do I fix this?
