Windows 11 Phone Link to my Android phone Link to Windows stopped working

The connection used to work, but no more. I get no QR code or manual code on my laptop when trying to connect (see screenshots).Phone Link hasn't been working for several weeks. I've followed all the troubleshooting steps (app updates/resets, account removals/additions, etc.) for both the Phone Link app (Windows 11) and the Link to Windows app (Android), but there is no change. When I click on "Android" I get the following blank popup for a couple seconds, then it reverts to the first screen.
