As you can see i am using microsoft account in windows 11 with administrator privileges.so i have issue with i) permission like when i'm starting tomcat service it says "The item referred to by this shortcut cannot be accessed.you may not have the appropriate permissions." and that tomcat is install befor 5 minutes ...... so what is wrong with it...ii) another issue is when i format my laptop and login again with same microsoft account but files in other drive (D,E) ask's permission to open those folders.Same For External Storage Drive Too ...Also in Properties as followsIn Advanced Security
