Windows 11 PC Slow with File Explorer and File editing apps.

Just last week everything was fine, Ive been modding a game with a software called OpenIV and then out of nowhere everything just starts being insanely slow, OpenIV wont start at all it just stays loading and File Explorer refuses to launch .exe files and takes ages to open any folders. On the rare occasion an application does boot up its just black and does not load. File Explorer also along with Steam take nearly 10 minutes just to boot which is not normal compared to how it used to be.
