Windows 11 PC shuts down when entering sleep mode

I recently updated to KB5041587 and now when my PC enters sleep mode (manually or when idling) it shuts down instead. I tried to uninstall the update but when I open start menu it gives me a start menu sign-out critical error so I had to reinstall for start menu to work again.I have 2 PCs with exact same specs (both updated too) and the other PC doesn't shut down when entering sleep, how to fix?
