windows 11 pc reboots and restarts. this is also happening on macbook m3

hi, my windows 11 desktop is rebooting and restarting causing me to have to reinstall windows everyday. no matter if i disconnect from my router and even power down the pc when i start the machine up it has me reinstall windows... annoyed by this i figured i would buy a macbook and it is doing the exact same thing, when i close the lid or leave the macbook sitting i have to reinstall macos. it started on my desktop and im not sure how to fix this. please help
