Windows 11 PC not finding any bluetooth devices

I have been unsuccessfully trying to connect my Xbox Wireless Controller, among other bluetooth devices, to my new Windows 11 PC for a couple of days now, with no success. No bluetooth devices appear when attempting to add a new device.
