Windows 11 PC doesn't idle into sleep

My power plan is set as 5 minutes - Display turns off15 minutes - Computer goes to sleepThe display turns off in 5 minutes but after 15 minutes the PC does not sleepI even changed both values to 1 minute and it still didn't go to sleep.
