Windows 11 OS compromised.

Hello,My windows 11 laptop has 2 user accounts, and the OS for user #1 is compromised, and would not let me download or update some apps, which was why I created the second user account to finish my task. Now, If i change/ update the OS for the first user account, will it wipe out the data on the second window 11 user's account, where I transfered all my files to?Thank you.
