windows 11 opens new windows sometimes on the second monitor and not the one defined as primary monitor; right click - other option problem

IOne my new notebook I have installed Win 11 and various issues behave unexpectedly different from Win 10. 1. right click - other options: it forces you to hold the shift key or use a certain measure to go back to win 10 configuration (see for example: How to Enable/Disable Show More Options on Windows 11? - MiniTool) - neither of this solutions is really satisfying. I tried to go back to win 10 config, but in addition other things chamge as well. Windows should simplify key issues instead of complicating.2.
