Windows 11 opens apps on secondary monitor. How do I stop this?

Since installing Windows 11, apps that I click on my primary monitor now open on my secondary monitor. Windows 10 correctly opened apps on my primary monitor.This is a huge waste of my time. I function on my main monitor and need apps to open there. How can I fix this?I'd go back to Windows 10 if I could. All kinds of problems with 11, but this is the most disruptive.
