Windows 11 on wrong drive and drive keeps switching to that one after update and restart

My friend made my computer for me with a ssd with 4 tb and an hdd with 8 tbs for storage, he accidently put windows 11 on the hdd and then copied it with some app to the ssd, but now my computer keeps switching over to the hdd I heard that this is useful for you guys?
