Windows 11 nothing but issues.

Constant "not responding" with most tasks. For example, insert a USB and it will randomly stops responding. Then the usb drive is removed from file explorer and I get an error message (and yes I've put in brand new usb drives and same problems). Constant blank screen "no signal" after splash screen on boot up. Windows 11 has been nothing but problems since installing. Dont fix what isn't broken. HAD ZERO ISSUES UNTIL I INSTALLED THIS.How do i go back to windows 10?
