Windows 11. Notepad consistently crashes. I've tried all of the fixes.

Problem: I usually have multiple Notepad windows open, taking notes for different things. On a very consistent basis, when I attempt to open a new .txt file, Notepad hangs for about 3 seconds, then all of my Notepad windows disappear, then appears a blank, untitled Notepad window. After I then close it, and then open Notepad again, all of my multiple Notepad windows re-appear (and still have the contents in each window, both saved and unsaved), but in a different order in my Taskbar. I've already tried resetting it, repairing it, reinstalling it, running clean boot. But nothing has worked, and
