Windows 11 not starting up

I just downloaded Windows 11 on my Dell G7 since it said in the settings it was ready for windows 11 and when i restarted to complete installation it says "Recovery Your PC/Device needs to be repaired" error code 0xc000000e the blue screen says press enter to try again, press f1 to enter recovery environment, press f8 for startup settings and press Esc for UEFI Firmware Settings the first 3 options lead me to the same screen, what should i do?
