Windows 11 not showing wifi option

My laptop has just suddenly stopped showing the WiFi symbol and won't connect to the WiFi automatically anymore. When I follow the troubleshooting steps advised under "Get Help" this only suggests to reset my PC with a message "Windows networking services might not be running as expected" which has been done numerous times.(the reset)I have tried:1. Restarting PC2. Running Windows suggested troubleshooting under Network & Internet settings3. Uninstall and delete the network adapter and restart4. Reset network adapter None of which have worked. Please help.
