Remounting ejected USB Flash drive in Win 10 - Microsoft CommunityI have encountered the same exact problem with thread above, but this only occurs to me recently about 2 or 3 weeks ago on Windows 11. My current Windows build is Version 21H2 (OS Build 22000.527). Before today, I can read the same drive again after ejecting by restarting the Windows but starting today, even restarting is not working for me, the device is not recognized with the error.
