I have an HP All-in-one w/16GB RAM bought with Windows 10. As soon after, Windows 11 launched. Since my computer qualified for the Windows 11 free upgrade, I took it. After that I've noticed that the computer showed signs of not utilizing the 16GB RAM as it should. I did a research on the topic in Internet, and somewhere I read that there were issues going on as the one I was experiencing.
