Windows 11 not detecting microphone in Headphones

Hello,Recently I have bought a new computer from Dell with Windows 11. I play video games and do school work which requires me to have both a functioning headphone and mic. Since my computer has a mixed audio and mic input on the front panel, I decided to buy headphones with a mic built in. The headphones audio worked perfectly fine, however, its microphone could not be detected by my computer. I've attempted uninstalling the driver and device, restarting my computer, unplugging my headphones, troubleshooting, and online strategies.
