Windows 11 not booting after update, please help

I have an Acer TC+1760 an yesterday I installed an update for windows 11 and today it is not working anymore. I get black Acer screen and after minute or so I get blue screen with two options: Turn off computer or Troubleshooting problems. The thing is I cannot get it to start in safe mode and I tried SFC /scannow and it said that it repaired the problem but it did not. I would greatly appreciate help.
